Bharat University offers Undergraduate studies such as B.Tech in a variety of engineering and technology fields. The university as well awards B.Arch degrees in architecture. Postgraduate studies award M.Tech degrees in comparable fields.  The university also offers both full-time and part-time M.B.A studies as well as M.C.A. The university also offers research programmes for Ph.D.

 

Bharath University, formerly Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research and Bharath Institute of Science and Technology (BIST), is a private deemed university in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

The university and IBM have also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), as part of which the university will offers courses from IBM's Career Education program to students, starting with second year students.

Applicants have to send request letter to the Admissions Officer by sending DD in favour of "Bharath University", payable at Chennai of Rs.800/-. Letter contains full / correct address of individual.

Or by handing a person at Bharath University, Chennai of DD for Rs.750 or any branch of PNB (Punjab National Bank).
