Fundamental arithmetical operations (Percentages, Ratio and Proportion, Square roots, Averages, Interest --Simple and Compound, Profit and Loss, Discount, Partnership Business, Mixture and Alligation, Time and distance, Time and work),
ALGEBRA( Basic algebraic identities of School Algebra (and their simple applications), Elementary surds (simple problems), and Graphs of Linear Equations),
GEOMETRY(Triangle and its various kinds of centres viz. Centroid, In-centre, Orthocenter, Circumcentre; Congruence and similarity of triangles; Circle and its chords, tangents, angles subtended by chords of a circle, common tangents to two or more circles, etc),
MENSURATION( Triangle, Quadrilaterals, Regular Polygons (sum of the internal angles of a polygon), Circle, Right Prism, Right Circular Cone, Right Circular Cylinder, Sphere, Hemispheres, Rectangular Parallelepiped, Regular Right Pyramid with triangular or square Base),
Staff Selection Commission conducting
examinations for recruiting staffs. Candidates who successfully qualified in
written test will place in the various Ministries and Departments of the
Government of India and in Subordinate Offices.
LDC is abbreviated form of Lower
Division Clerk. Selection is done through written examination and personal
interview. Candidates have an advice to tightened their belt and prepare for

SSC LDC Exam
Pattern
Written examination contain 200 marks
of 200 (MCQs) Multiple Type Question. Time duration of exam is 120 minutes
(2:00 hours) and will scheduled at 10 am to 12 noon. Further detail classified
