Staff Selection Commission or simply SSC is an Indian organization to hire workers for a mixture of posts in a variety of Ministries and Departments of the Government of India & in Subordinate Offices. This organization conducting examinations and/or interviews to make recruitment to Group “B” and Group “C” posts for the various Ministries and Departments of the Government of India.

Eligibility Criteria is very much essential thing to know before applying for any posts. Assistant		Candidate’s age should in between Min 18 to Max 27 years.	Candidates have done graduation in any stream from recognized board/ University.
SI in CBI		Candidate’s age should in between Min 18 to Max 27 years.	Candidates have done graduation in any stream from recognized board/ University.
Inspector (Central Excise, Preventive Officer, Examiner)		Candidate’s age should in between Min 18 to Max 27 years.	Candidates have done graduation in any stream from recognized board/ University.
Tax Assistant/ UDC		Candidate’s age should in between Min 18 to Max 27 years.	Candidates have done graduation in any stream from recognized board/ University.
Statistical Investigator		Candidate’s age should in between Min 18 to Max 27 years.	Candidates have done graduation in any stream from recognized board/ University.
LDC & DEO	Combined Higher Secondary Level	Candidate’s age should in between Min 18 to Max 27 years.	Candidates have done 12th or equivalent form recognized board. Typing: Hindi 25 wpm, Eng. 30 wpm, Intermediate or Equivalent
Sub Inspector	CPOs	Candidate’s age should in between Min 18 to Max 25 years.	Candidates have done graduation in any stream from recognized board/ University.
Junior Hindi Translators	Junior Hindi Translators	Candidate’s age should not more than 28 years.	Candidates have done PG in Eng/Hindi with Eng/Hindi as compulsory & elective subject at Degree level.
Steno D	StenoGrapher	Candidate’s age should in between Min 18 to 27 years.	Candidates have done 12th or equivalent form recognized board. Shorthand: 80 wpm, Intermediate or Equivalent
Steno C		Candidate’s age should in between Min 18 to 27 years.	Candidates have done 12th or equivalent form recognized board. Shorthand: 100 wpm , Intermediate or Equivalent
Constable in CAPFs	Constable (GD)	Candidate’s age should in between Min 18 to 23 years.	Candidates have done Matriculation or equivalent form recognized board.
CPWD	Junior Engineer	Candidate’s age should in between Min 18 to 27 years.	Candidates have done Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engg. or Equivalent
