Basic Pay: Rs. 7200 - (400x3) – 8400, after 3 years 8400 - - (500x3) – 9900/-, after total 6 years 9900      - (600x4) – 12300/-, after total 10 years 12300 - (700x7) – 17200/-, after total 17 years 17200        - (1300x1) – 18500/-, Salary is like Basic allowance + Dearance Allowance + HRA.

Dearness Allowance (DA): 84.15 %.

HRA:  10% or 9% or 7.5% and 7% depending on the place of position.

Conclusion is that salary is depend upon the posting such as if any candidates had posting in City then he/she will get Rs 14000/- & in rural area Rs 13000/- Approx.
